Our efforts in terms of Quality, Healt and Safety:
Convett has focused its attention to the quality of products and production processes, further improving itself obtaining the certification with the ISO 3834 standard "Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials" in order to obtain a better control of the raw material, a better control during manufacturing and welding quality.
During 2014, Convett also achieved the OHSAS 18001: 2007 "Safety and Health at Work Management" certification, underlining its commitment to safety and health of workers, both in production and in the office.
Since June 1995 Convett has been certified ISO 9000 "Quality Management System". This certification is renewed yearly to ensure continuous improvement and control in both production and administrative processes. A series of improvements due to a high level of technical experience and quality controls cover all aspects of the production process, starting from the control of the materials used, which must comply, and the continuous training of the operators and the certification of the welders according to the UNI / ISO 14732 standard, passing through the final testing that is carried out on each radiator and heat exchanger, to the controls of the painting process, thus allowing Convett to offer a reliable and technically advanced product.

Environmental commitment:
We are proud to announce that Convett has recently obtained ISO 14001:2015 certification for the Environmental Management System. With this certification, Convett sets a new milestone in terms of growth and development following the efforts we have been making for many years in the other fields related to management systems.
Convett believes in environmental sustainability and its application in every aspect of the company. We try to promote environmental respect in our business practices, products and services that we offer both to our customers and our partners, in production as well as in offices alike.
The switch to water base paint from solvent base paint we have done is the first step in order to avoid air pollution, then a large installation of photovoltaic system on the plant roof grant us to use renewable energy for our production lines and offices, in the end we improved our system reaching the "ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management systems" certification with the deepest survey on our environment respect, our recycling situation and the waste management.
Our commitment for the future is to develop a new aluminum completely recycable radiator. It will have a very compact eco-friendly design which will reduce the quantity of mineral oil needed to fullfill and many other wastes associated with the manufacturing of it.
